This role involves overseeing two strategic portfolios in the Australian market, blending account management, business development, and strategic consultation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead relationship manager for corporate partners and dental practices to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and run initiatives to expand the reach and visibility of both portfolios.
  • Develop tailored strategies and monitor performance to support growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Deliver training, support, and educational tools to clients and partners, ensuring ongoing success with key solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management, business development, or corporate client roles ideally within the dental field.
  • Or experience working as a Practice Manager or Dental Nurse looking to step into a sales role.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and deliver on commercial targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
