Placement and Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a Placement and Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing clinical placements to ensure alignment with academic requirements, industry standards, and student learning outcomes.

The Role:
  • You will build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers to support high-quality placement experiences and employment pathways.
  • Oversee all placement logistics, including agreements, compliance, and student documentation.
  • Conduct placement site risk assessments and provide ongoing support to students and clinical facilitators.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the placement portfolio, including evaluation and digital process enhancements.
To be successful in this role:
  • You will have a strong understanding of the nursing sector, particularly in relation to clinical placement structure, compliance, and student learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective partnerships with healthcare providers and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and support students, facilitators, and placement partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in nursing; AHPRA registration and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) are highly desirable.
