Job Title: Credit Officer

As a skilled professional in our team, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding fees and negotiating payment plans with clients.

About The Role:
  • Manage debtor portfolios, maintaining accurate records of collection activities and communications.
  • Meet with partners to discuss outstanding accounts and provide recommendations.
  • Evaluate accounts and recommend credit provisions or referrals for legal action as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure credit practices align with firm standards and policies.
  • Resolve client fee queries within agreed timeframes and manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox.
