Airport Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced property portfolio manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a large and diverse portfolio of assets across two airports.
Key duties will include:
- Managing lease negotiations, renewals and terminations;
- Preparing annual budgets and business plans;
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure due process and compliance is undertaken and managed;
- Assisting with projects including new development opportunities, capital works and tenancy fit outs;
- Debtor management and tenancy inspections.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in property, valuations, finance or commerce is required, as well as intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Commercial property management experience;
- Good financial acumen;
- Degree qualifications in property, valuations, finance or commerce;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
