Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned portfolio manager to lead our Adelaide operations. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial strategies and exceptional client engagement skills.

The Role:

  • Develop comprehensive client portfolios, identifying and designing innovative solutions for insurable risks.
  • Deliver high-quality and timely services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Develop compelling value propositions to generate and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Efficiently settle clients' claims in a timely and successful manner.
  • Support the team's financial objectives, including new business targets and revenue optimization.
  • Promote the organization's brand within the insurance industry.

Requirements:

  • Embody a culture of excellence.
  • Understand and meet clients' needs.
  • Proven experience in financial strategies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant industry experience.
  • Tier 1 Insurance certifications.
  • Previous experience with traditional professions or financial institutions.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.
