Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to manage client portfolios, including liaison at C-suite level. The role involves meeting client satisfaction and service level agreements.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, be able to build relationships quickly, and thrive on nurturing client relationships and delivering seamless service.

A self-motivated and strong communicator will excel in this role.

Key Skills Required
  • Passion for service delivery and customer/stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks and projects with full accountability
  • Previous experience in account/portfolio management/managerial support/service delivery/project management
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work to deadlines and flexibility during peak times
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment
