Property Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Adelaide.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through effective relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential & commercial properties
- Liaising effectively with landlords and tenants
- Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
- Liaising with landlords and Tenants
- Arrears control
- Leasing & Marketing of properties
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Property Manager, with experience in commercial property
- A current Certificate of Registration & driver's license
- High level of professionalism and commitment to superior customer service
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Professional presentation suited for corporate settings
