Our organization seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing a small portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and providing quality service.

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small portfolio of properties ensuring personalized attention and development of strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Overseeing all aspects of property operations including leasing, tenant screenings, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
  • Responding promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries concerns and maintenance requests
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identifying maintenance needs
  • Collaborating with contractors and landlords to coordinate repairs and maintenance work
  • Staying updated on local rental laws regulations and market trends
  • Advertising and marketing vacant properties and spaces to prospective tenants

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
  • Valid Property Manager license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive landlord/tenant relationships
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a small portfolio effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality service
  • Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
