As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will act as a critical link between our clients and financial advisors, managing various client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing Wealthsolver and Projections, supporting advisers in completing paraplanning requests, advice documents, and file notes, serving as a contact for client inquiries and service needs, and preparing and processing financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.

You will also manage client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions, handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation, and possess a strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. Additionally, you will have proficiency in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite, and meet the minimum requirement of 5 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities, be detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
