
Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Engineer, Intune involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through the Microsoft Cloud.
- Deliver timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common Intune issues such as Windows, iOS & Android enrollment, policy deployment, app management, device compliance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate product defects, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and other cloud products, including their features, functionalities, and limitations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Or equivalent experience, including 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role and 2+ years experience working on technical projects.
