Claims Specialist Coordinator

Job Overview
Kennedy Reid is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to coordinate and support initiatives related to the evaluation, processing, and handling of insurance claims.
About the Role
- Coordinate and support initiatives for claim evaluation, processing, and handling
- Provide assistance to allocating assessors, review claims, and ensure invoicing requirements are met
- Update accounts, answer inquiries, and manage a portfolio of claims
- Make outbound and inbound phone calls, respond to claim inquiries, and resolve queries
- Manage databases and perform administrative tasks
- $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + Superannuation + approved overtime (depending on experience)
- Baulkham Hills location, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
About You
- Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment required
- Insurance/claims experience highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills, top communication skills, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
