
Strategic Human Resources Specialist

This role presents an opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and execute programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
- Translate business strategies into actionable HR plans, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent management, total rewards, culture, and capability-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion, promoting awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including union negotiations and workplace disputes.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a specialist area such as organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; additional education or certifications are a plus.
