As a Human Resources specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of our staff. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select high-quality staff members
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on matters related to their employment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the college's strategic plan

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in an education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
