Job Description

This role involves providing generalist HR support across the employment lifecycle. As a Human Resources Strategic Partner, you will be responsible for delivering temporary relief to various business units, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and policy interpretation.

Talent Management

You will develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This includes analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in employee turnover, recruitment, and retention.

Workforce Planning

As part of this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working across strategic generalist HR activities, including talent management, workforce planning, and policy interpretation.
  • Proven track-record working within a business partnering model as a HR Business Partner.
