Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with 3-4 years of experience in generalist roles.

The successful applicant will assist in managing the daily activities of the Human Resource Office, including recruitment, compensation, training and development, and employee relations. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone with a degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major. Experience in hotel/marriott settings is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in managing the recruitment process and hiring top talent
  • Developing and implementing employee development and training programs
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with employees
  • Investigating employee issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for payroll audits and administration
