ResponsibilitiesMelbourne Profile Marketing Strategy
  • Develop an effective marketing plan to elevate the profile of our Melbourne office with business and trade media and bodies across Australia and the region
  • Establish a personal brand that resonates within the Melbourne business community as well as PR and marketing industries
Business Development and Growth
  • Drive business development efforts in Melbourne, identifying prime opportunities and leading teams to convert pitches
  • Nurture existing client relationships to grow business by building trust and delivering value
  • Establish financial forecasting and planning processes to deliver against budgets
Team Leadership and Development
  • Partner with senior leaders and team members to develop a Melbourne vision and foster a thriving agency culture
  • Communicate the agency's offerings, philosophy, and vision to clients and potential recruits
  • Effectively manage direct reports – provide regular and constructive feedback, identify strategies for individual development
Creative Excellence and Innovation
  • Collaborate with ELT to establish the creative infrastructure necessary for delivering ambitious ideas
  • Create an environment that enables exceptional work across Melbourne and related teams
Client Service Excellence
  • Work with ELT and teams to set and maintain standards in client service
  • Drive account planning process – ensure quality plans are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed to achieve objectives
