Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to elevate the profile of our Melbourne office among business and trade media, as well as across Australia and the region.
  • Lead new business efforts, identifying prime opportunities and managing teams to convert pitches, while actively growing existing business by building strong client relationships.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the HAVAS Village to ensure best practice processes are in place and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in leadership roles within PR or communications agencies, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Highly connected within the Melbourne business community, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and source new client opportunities.
