  • The ideal candidate will actively seek out and deliver on opportunities to grow existing business by building strong client relationships.
  • They will develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and plans to deliver against budgets, identifying and realizing other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Partnering with the CEO and local team members, the successful candidate will help develop a Melbourne vision and thriving agency culture.
  • They will effectively convey the agency's offering, philosophy, and vision to clients and potential recruits.
  • With a focus on best practice processes, the role requires effective line-management of direct reports, delivering regular and constructive feedback, and identifying strategies for individual development.
