Melbourne Business Development Director

This newly created role is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of our Melbourne office and drive growth in the region. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase revenue, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead an effective marketing plan to raise the profile of our Melbourne office with business and trade media across Australia and the region.
- Drive Melbourne's efforts in new business, seeking out prime opportunities and leading and managing teams to convert pitches.
- Actively look for and deliver on opportunities to grow existing business by building client relationships.
- Establish accurate financial forecasting and plans to deliver against budgets.
We are looking for a highly connected and entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record in PR or communications leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in Melbourne, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
