Job Title: APAC Product Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced APAC Product Strategy Director to join our Prime Video SVOD team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering a collection of demand products that enable advertisers to buy video media on Prime Video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct a strategic business plan focused on winning new customer segments and growing existing segments.
  • Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within PV SVOD.
  • Achieve business targets by working across sales, marketing, product, program and engineering to deliver against customer needs.
  • Lead day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including gathering/addressing VOC and business improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders to grow and optimize the business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
