Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Country HR Lead for Australia and New Zealand to join our APAC People team. This is a 12-month cover for parental leave and reports directly to the APAC People Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the ANZ Managing Director and support various teams across Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland, ensuring employee and business needs are met.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to grow the business, focusing on organizational design, change leadership, and talent management.
  • Influence business and talent initiatives that support short- and long-term goals, driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters, modeling and reinforcing our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a tech start-up or high-growth company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development, prioritize workload, and manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes, influencing executive leadership on talent and employment matters, and working with people data analytics.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
