Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team as an Airport Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through supporting sales and education initiatives in our airport locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Analyze and review counter sales and business performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a sales-driven atmosphere that focuses on achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Provide virtual and on-counter training and coaching in brand products and customer service.
  • Identify training and coaching needs of assigned counters and develop strategies to address them.
  • Partner with the education team to further develop customer service skills.
  • Assist in planning and executing events to drive artist and consumer engagement and drive sales.
  • Coach counter managers on leading and managing the store and team during events.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including recommending and maintaining display and merchandising materials.
  • Ensure assortment is relevant to each counter.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Tertiary education, diploma, or university graduate preferred.
  • Previous retail management experience in the cosmetic field preferred.
  • Training and coaching background a plus.
  • Travel Retail experience advantageous.
  • Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Suite of tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
