As a Sales Advisor with Clinique, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients in the Sydney International Airport store. With a passion for beauty and a talent for building relationships, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and provide a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, using your exceptional people skills to build strong relationships and drive sales. You will also be involved in visual merchandising, ensuring that the store meets the Company's high standards of presentation and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to clients in the Sydney International Airport store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring the store meets the Company's high standards of presentation and visual appeal
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, using your exceptional people skills to build trust and loyalty

Requirements:
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
