About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates at the Sydney Domestic Airport Terminal 2. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Manage the store, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
• Create and execute in-store events to drive business and customer engagement
• Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and customer service targets
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements:
• Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Experience in creating and executing in-store events
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
