Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth and enhance business revenue and profitability across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize product offerings and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to identify new customer opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in Melbourne and beyond.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team by setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and mentorship.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who meets the following criteria:

  • A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the automotive tyre industry, particularly in industrial tyre sales.
  • Strong sales management experience with an extensive network in related sectors, such as material handling, tyre fitting, automotive, construction, earthmoving, or access equipment.
  • Exceptional ability to engage professionally with key stakeholders and clients, demonstrating strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, "sales hunter" mentality with a drive to exceed targets and expectations.
