We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Services Manager to join our team at St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and retaining maintenance contractors or staff as needed, ensuring an efficient and comprehensive building and maintenance service that adheres to legislative standards, corporate policies, and hospital budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance.
  • Proven experience in external contractor management, including negotiation of maintenance contracts.
  • Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles.
