Position Overview:

The UK Incoming & Policy Administration Technician plays a crucial role in providing support to international AXA entities, focusing on the arrangement of coverage for Property, Motor, and Liability programs. This entry-level position within the Middle Office at AXA XL offers an opportunity to gain insights into the insurance industry from an operational perspective while honing essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Producing Offices to manage referral documentation efficiently.
  2. Oversee and maintain multiple mailboxes, ensuring prompt responses and actions.
  3. Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders and effectively manage escalations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policy wordings, certificates, and endorsements.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of documents to Clients & Brokers.
  6. Prepare and provide reports to the UK Incoming Team and Operations Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail in handling emails and policy documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients, brokers, and AXA Companies.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, with the ability to alert the Manager to potential delays.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel at a proficient level.
