Position Overview:

The UK Incoming & Policy Administration Technician plays a vital role in supporting international AXA entities by managing coverage arrangements for Property, Motor, and Liability insurance programs. This entry-level position within the AXA XL Middle Office provides an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the insurance sector from an operational perspective while enhancing your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Producing Offices to manage referral documentation efficiently.
  2. Oversee multiple email accounts, ensuring prompt responses and actions are taken.
  3. Foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders and effectively manage escalations.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of policy wordings, certificates, and endorsements.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of documents to Clients and Brokers.
  6. Prepare and present reports to the UK Incoming Team and Operations Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing emails and policy documents.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients, brokers, and AXA entities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, with the ability to notify the Manager of potential delays.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel at a proficient level.
