- Book, enter, and update room reservation requests and rooming lists, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure accurate payment information is received and processed in a timely manner.
- Upsell guestrooms and recommend hotel facilities to maximize revenue.
- Liaise with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments to maintain strong working relationships.
