Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate group reservation requests through various channels, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal teams.
  • Maintain the Group Reservations email inbox, meeting efficiency targets and ensuring timely responses to guest inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Revenue Departments to negotiate group rates and requirements, ensuring maximum hotel revenue.
  • Manage group booking workflow using the CRM, including entering group reservation requests, preparing proposals and contracts for clients, and following up on all group reservation proposals.
  • Enter all confirmed group bookings into Opera, ensuring accurate rate codes, rates, room types, rooms held, and market segments.
  • Coordinate all group reservations, paying particular attention to amendments, group requests, rooming lists, room allocations, deposits, and final invoices.
  • Communicate in a timely manner all group requirements and special group requests to the appropriate department(s) and follow up to ensure requests have been fulfilled in accordance with the group's requirements.
  • Complete post-group stay follow-up, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
