Job Description

This is a Contract Administrator role with a market-leading fitout & refurb contractor who requires a dedicated individual to join their growing team.

The company has an impressive track record of delivering various projects valued at up to $10 million and offers an excellent support network, career advancement planning, flexible working arrangements, and regular social activities.

The ideal candidate will provide support to the Project Manager and wider project team to achieve project objectives and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and wider project team
  • Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project objectives
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within the fitout construction industry
  • Degree-qualified or relevant site background
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Robust negotiation, time management, and attention to detail
  • A strong client focus and ability to work alone to self-imposed deadlines as well as part of a team
