We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mental health professional to provide emotional support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering short-term counselling services, assessing client needs, and developing tailored treatment plans.

Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Counselling or a related field, 2 years of direct client-contact experience, and registration with ACA/PACFA.

A strong understanding of solution-focused and mindfulness-based approaches is essential, as well as experience working with clients presenting with substance abuse, crisis situations, and mental health symptoms.

In addition to providing exceptional clinical support, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
