We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations with expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and review customer service policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the customer experience and align with company goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency, call handling times, first-contact resolution, and service quality.
- At least 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership, preferably in technical industries.
- Proven Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical staff and clients.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
