Customer Service Team Leader - 12 Month FTC

We currently have a 12 Month FTC (Parental leave cover) opportunity for Customer Service Team Leader. As the Customer Service Team Leader for ALM (Australian Liquor Marketers) you will support the Customer Service Manager and functions within our Crestmead office.

This role will see you help your team to increase external and internal customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Support in managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team

Manage and maintain reporting relevant to Customer Service

Support tracking of problem reporting and resolution

Continuous improvement of Customer Service processes and procedures

Lead a team of customer service officers
