To strengthen their customer service operations, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join the dynamic team in Logan, Brisbane.
As the
**Customer Service Team Leader**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and leading a small team of dedicated customer service representatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Your strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service expertise, and effective problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in driving customer loyalty and enhancing brand reputation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a small team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to resolve customer-related issues and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the building supplies, trades or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a small team, achieving targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
