Customer Service Leader
As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of customer service experts. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers.
You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and open communication among team members. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver high-quality customer service and strive for excellence in every interaction.
To achieve this goal, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will also be essential in ensuring seamless operations and meeting deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in customer-facing roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Results-driven and motivated individual
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,500.00 - $56,000.00 per year. Additionally, our full-time position comes with benefits such as employee discounts and professional development opportunities.
Schedule flexibility is available with day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, and on-call options. A valid driver's license and work authorization for Australia are mandatory requirements.
Please note that previous experience in lottery, tobacco, or newsagent is highly desirable but not essential.
