This is a position that plays a significant role in contributing to the delivery of initiatives and programs that support physical and psychological wellbeing, health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving physical and mental health and wellbeing.
  • Manage the organization's wellbeing, health and safety framework to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including leaders, HR representatives, and risk management teams.
  • Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
  • Compile and present data regarding health and wellbeing activities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the wellbeing, health and safety framework and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • Return to Work certification (desired).
  • Proven experience in implementing health and wellbeing activities and programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation.
