You will be at the forefront of wellbeing, collaborating closely with teams to deliver impactful and measurable programs.

  • Supporting village teams in creating vibrant and inclusive wellbeing initiatives
  • Leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement
  • Serving as a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
  • Building strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Championing consistency and celebrating success across regions
