Leadership Role: Strategic Partnership Director

Develop and implement robust strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with diverse partners.
Create tailored partnership proposals and value offerings that drive collaboration and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships, from negotiation through to delivery and ongoing engagement.
Grow philanthropic support by converting partners into donors, identifying major gift prospects, and leading fundraising initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning by setting clear development goals and aligning efforts with the organisation's long-term vision.
Work with the communications team to develop compelling content that showcases impact and strengthens brand presence.
Represent the organisation at events and forums to build visibility and cultivate new networks.
Build internal capability by supporting and training staff and board members in partnership and fundraising best practices.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and secure commitments from organisations.
Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team environment.
Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills.
Experience balancing multiple priorities and delivering results with limited resources.
