About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain effective customer and employer relationships, ensuring smooth transitions into the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain understanding of role requirements and assess customer fit and training needs
  • Work with customers and employers to ensure successful placements
  • Deliver timely communication and post-placement support to both employers and customers
  • Record actions within required timeframes and maintain schedules regularly

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Analytical approach to job requirements and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and use initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and adaptability to diverse audiences
  • Resilient and composed in challenging situations, maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with employers
  • Valid driver's license
