As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing customer and marketing data-based insights, solutions and actions in line with company goals, directions and priorities, across both Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

  • Provide current and develop additional reporting on customer behaviour ensuring best practice is implemented
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to member behaviour
  • Be a key point of contact for analytical enquiries for business requirements from cross-functional teams
  • Mine customer data to discover trends and areas of opportunity for the business to explore
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data driven behaviour
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement solutions, including but not limited to, developing eDM briefs, identifying data flows and triggers, executing campaigns, reporting on and adapting campaigns.
  • Execute eDM and SMS campaigns as required, including but not limited to creating data plans, data segmentation, campaign testing
  • Define and maintain customer lists
  • Manage data captured at Marketing events

Requirements

  • Strong to advanced skills in Microsoft – particularly Excel
  • Strong hands-on experience working with data
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings in an easy to digest manner
  • Experience with Campaign Marketing
  • CRM knowledge
  • Solutions based approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Knowledge and understanding of SQL
  • 3 to 5 years' experience within a Marketing Team (Desirable)
