Partnerships Development Specialist

A key role for a strategic partnerships professional has become available in our organisation. This exciting position involves developing and maintaining partnerships that drive business growth, revenue, and strategic value exchange.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an annual partnership strategy and plan that enables our company to achieve its goals through strong mutually beneficial partnerships.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a 360-degree approach to partnerships, ensuring a common standard is maintained across all partnerships.
- Developing innovative ways to integrate partners into our business activities, allowing for authentic and credible integration and win-win outcomes.
- Supporting verticals on the assessment of new partnership opportunities and establishing clear workflows across teams where required.
- Liaising with leaders to evaluate potential partnerships and establish connections where relevant.
- 3 years' experience working within Marketing or Events, ideally with project leadership responsibilities.
- 5 years' experience working in partnerships, ideally commercial and strategic partnerships.
- Strong influencer and sales-minded individual with external relationships with top brands.
- Working knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks.
- University degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Travel: 30-40%.
