The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Education Director to join our esteemed client's Inner West Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators and caregivers in delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children
  • Craft and implement engaging child-led activities that foster exploration, creativity, and curiosity
  • Collaborate with families and the community to build strong relationships and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices to continuously improve programming

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in leading and nurturing OSHC programs, with a focus on quality and engagement
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) V2.0 principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families and the community
