Overview of the Role

The Human Resources Officer will report to company directors and collaborate with various department heads and team leaders for all recruitment needs. This individual will also provide administrative support with a focus on employee relations, training, and performance development, as well as managing recruitment, interview, and general HR needs.

Salary Details

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. This competitive compensation package is designed to attract talented individuals who can contribute to our organization's success.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include maintaining HR systems and folders, which involve data entry and processing. The successful candidate will also provide advice on personnel issues, work with team leads to conduct performance reviews, manage onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding, sales bonus letters, allowances, and general personnel management. Additionally, they will be responsible for recruitment of various roles, including Operations and IT Development, internal and external activity management, and generating employment contracts and internal employee letters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of +3 years' experience in an HR or related administrative role, preferably in IT Development.
  • Experience in recruitment in a different field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of HR practices.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and liaise with recruiters both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Xero, and MYOB.
