The Role:
As a Client Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution and driving account growth. You will be the main point of contact for key clients, leading strategic meetings, overseeing day-to-day communications and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kick-off calls for new projects, ensuring clear objectives, alignment and smooth onboarding.
- Act as the point of escalation for client concerns, proactively addressing issues and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage day-to-day communications for select clients, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Attend and lead weekly business review meetings with clients, providing strategic updates and maintaining alignment across projects.
- Drive 40% revenue growth YOY across key clients, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase profitability.
- Respond to all client briefs, leading internal teams to develop compelling proposals that drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, expanding client engagement and maximizing revenue potential.
- Oversee budgeting and commercial discussions, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across all accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, advertising or marketing and demonstrated success in achieving YOY growth.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
