Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Circa 5 years' experience in Client Success in Professional services - Financial Planning, Accounting Firms etc.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines">
  • Goal-driven and energetic with a self-confident yet diplomatically assertive approach">
  • Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations and quietly persuasive">
  • Calm under pressure and resilient">
  • Pro-active and keen to take the initiative">
  • Good at reading people and facts and methodologically able to approach the relationship sales process">
