We're seeking a skilled Client Growth Specialist to drive growth and enhance client relationships at our organization. You'll identify new sales opportunities within our existing client base, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging CRM tools, conducting outreach, and following up on marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
About this role:
- Experience: 1+ years in a sales development or customer success role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
