We currently have a rewarding opportunity to join us as a casual RTO Administrator where you will act as an Invigilator within the Aircraft Sustainment and Training (AST) Business Unit managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment process such as supervising exams undertaken by the students for the Australian Defence Force Aviation Technical Training (ADF ATT) project in Wagga.
This role is on a casual basis (up to a maximum of 20 hours per week on an as needs roster) and will be based out of our Wagga RAAF base site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining RTO compliance with Student information and record keeping IAW ASQA Guidelines (Standards 1 to 7)
- Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers ensuring that agreed service levels are achieved and maintained and deadlines met
- Maintaining and managing assessment standards, processes and procedures to ensure compliance and integrity of BAES assessment process.
- Assist with Developing and implement processes and procedures as required to ensure currency validity, and continuous improvement
- Responding to student enquiries and act as point of contact in a customer facing environment
- Performing administration duties in relation to the BAE System Australia Registered Training Organisation (RTO) requirements as required
- Maintaining training records using the defined process
- Assisting with the training and development of team members and participate in identified professional development activities
- Other tasks as required

- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer relations skills for both internal and external customers
- Ability to recognise and discreetly handle sensitive matters and demonstrate integrity of the highest order
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively under tight deadlines whilst demonstrating the ability to multi-task and have effective time management skills
- People focused with a high level of written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite.
