Job Title: Warranty and Service CoordinatorJob Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading caravan manufacturing company as a Warranty and Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warranty claims, coordinating service and repair bookings, and upholding the company values of Quality, Relationships, Innovation & Perseverance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers and dealers through the warranty claims process.
  • Receive and process warranty claims from customers and dealers.
  • Verify warranty coverage and ensure claims meet the terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate inspections and document findings.
  • Approve or deny claims based on inspection results.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Provide accurate information regarding warranty policies, procedures, and outcomes.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Book service and repairs while liaising with workshop technicians as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in warranty coordination or customer service, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to understand technical information.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
  • Sound computer skills.
