Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a role model for junior staff members, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and providing coaching and guidance where necessary,
  • Ensure the effective induction of new clients into the Community Work Program by conducting thorough assessments and delivering comprehensive site inspections,
  • Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety matters, maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and ensuring repairs are carried out in a timely manner,
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders through active listening, empathy, and effective communication,
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the delivery of services and improve outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership, conflict management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence and developing others,
  • Empathy and cultural awareness, with the ability to effectively communicate with various external stakeholders,
  • Relevant community work or experience with a range of equipment used on community work sites
